The final dinner of Floralism was conceived by Donna Sangiorgio as a story through food, a convivial and sensorial experience. In compliance with the Anti Covid rules and the particularity of the moment we are experiencing, it has been canceled.

BAЯRED was born in 2016 from the ideas and commitment of two brothers: Tiziano and Mirko Palucci who, after having trained in different contexts, have always remained linked by the great passion for the world of food and wine. So they decided to combine ideas and forces to give life to what they have always imagined: Baяred. The two brothers see cooking as art, a place of constant research. Their attention is focused on flavors, combinations, experiments: strong in tradition but brave towards new techniques and new combinations.

Ivana Carmen Mottola, Design Food House – Multisensory eating Lab was born from the all-female determination of Ivana Carmen Mottola, Eating & Experience Designer included within the International Food Design Society. Ivana is also one of the artificier of that international creative adventure called Supperclub Italia, where she held the role of Partner, F&B and Event Manager organizing events and experiential paths in international and multi-faceted areas. Author of projects and concepts that have received awards from ADI and beyond, teacher and researcher in the field of food design for universities and higher education institutions.

Mon Sciù

A small patisserie born from the idea of a globetrotter pastry chef, Chiara Cianciaruso, who after years of study, travel and some of the most diverse experiences has returned to her Naples. A modern pastry, with single portions and mignons, where with the use of aromatic herbs and the inspiration brought by other gastronomic cultures, it makes us take a leap from solid tradition to conscious innovation.
A section entirely dedicated to choux pastry declined in many combinations: classic, delicate or sometimes more extreme and finally a special mention for the first and unforgettable love of chocolate…
In fact, Chiara began in 2003 in a chocolate shop on the outskirts of Rome, but, for such a curious spirit, she soon offered the opportunity to go abroad to deepen the subject. In 2007 Belgium with Edouard Bechoux for a few years and a passage from Jean Philippe Darcis, while she graduated in Reims. 2010 is the turn of Paris with the opening of the Musée du chocolat, the dream comes true and some certainties are consolidated. The tour continues passing through the South of France, the Caribbean Sea, Thailand, the Mediterranean until 2018, the year of the return to origins. The return to Naples is marked by the experience at the Il commante restaurant and at the same time by the gestation of the Mon Sciù project.
It opens a few days before the lockdown, but little by little the most curious Neapolitans are fond of its creations.
